At Rainbow's End we pride ourselves on having a strong team of well experienced and trained staff. Staff are from divserse backgrounds, ranging from teachers to sports leaders. Staff are matched to the young adults, creatively providing stimulating activities and resourceful planning. All staff are well trained in challenging behaviour, positive behaviour is rewarded, challenging behaviour is handled sensitively, staff diffuse and deflect difficult situations.
The accommodation and grounds are spacious which is relaxing and calming.
